1. Describe yourself when you feel powerless. It’s about a specific situation or the general.
    The description should be for 5 minutes of reading aloud. When you write it — read it aloud.
    If during the task you wanted to cry or you got angry or scared — you did everything right. If you wrote beautiful and poetic words calmly, then you lied to yourself. Try again.
